Bob McBride

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. McBride has served as Chief Executive Officer of CDX Gas, LLC since February, 2007.  He was named President of CDX Gas, LLC in December, 2006. Mr. McBride has 30 years of operational and management experience in the Oil and Gas industry.  He previously served in management positions for Westport Resources, Pennzoil, American Exploration, British Gas and Tenneco. During the course of his career he has gained experience in most of the U.S. basins as well as internationally in the North Sea, North & West Africa and South America.  Mr. McBride graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a degree in Petroleum Engineering.

 

Steve Mueller

Executive Vice President

Mr. Mueller has been a member of our executive team since September, 2007. Mr. Mueller most recently served with Houston Exploration as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer.  Prior to that, he held senior level roles with Belco Oil and Gas, American Exploration, Fina and Tenneco.  In addition to his broad management background, he has focused on unconventional resource identification, capture and development in many of the geologic basins of the U.S.  Mr. Mueller received a B.S. in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

 

Ben Daitch

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Daitch has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CDX Gas LLC, since September, 2006. Prior to CDX, Mr. Daitch held various senior positions in TCW’s Energy and Infrastructure Group, UBS Investment Bank’s Global Energy Group and Bank of America Securities’ Natural Resources Group. Mr. Daitch has also held various financial positions at Deutsche Bank, The American International Group and the Hartford Insurance Company. Mr. Daitch holds a B.S. in Management from Binghamton University and an MBA in finance and accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

 

Mike McCown

Senior Vice President – Operations

Mr. McCown has recently been appointed Senior Vice President – Operations. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of the Northeast and West Regions of CDX Gas LLC. He joined CDX in August of 2006. Mr. McCown has over 30 years experience in production, drilling and operations throughout the United States in the Unitah, Permian and Appalachian Basins. His experience includes managerial responsibilities for companies including Pennzoil, Devon Energy and EOG Resources. Mr. McCown holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio University and is a Registered Professional Petroleum Engineer.

 

Dave Minor

Senior Vice President – Technology

Mr. Minor has recently been appointed Senior Vice President - Technology. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Region Manager of CDX Gas, LLC. Prior to joining CDX in December, 2006, Mr. Minor served in various senior level roles with El Paso Corporation, Black Warrior Methane Corp., Black Warrior Transmission Corp., Sonat Exploration Company and TXO Production Company. During the past thirteen years, his primary focus has been on coalbed methane development projects in the Black Warrior Basin. Mr. Minor holds an MS degree in Mineral Engineering and BS degrees in Civil Engineering and Biology from the University of Alabama. Mr. Minor is a Registered Professional Petroleum Engineer.
